Terms of Service

You agree not to abuse the service: no scraping at industrial scale beyond your workspace's legitimate marketing intelligence use, no using the platform to facilitate spam or fraud, no attempt to circumvent rate limits or workspace isolation. Credentials you bring (Anthropic, Semrush, etc.) are your responsibility.

Most provider integrations require you to supply an API key from your own account with that provider. Provider quotas, costs, and terms apply directly between you and them — we're not a reseller and don't mark up their data.

We aim for 99.9% uptime on production deployments. Planned maintenance is announced in the changelog. Real-data dashboards may degrade to partial-data renders if a provider is unreachable; the affected sections render a clear error banner rather than 500-ing the page.

The platform surfaces third-party data and AI-generated recommendations. We don't guarantee accuracy of provider data, ranking advice, or content suggestions. Use your editorial judgment before publishing anything generated.

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Workspace → Danger zone. We may suspend accounts for unpaid invoices or violations of the acceptable-use clause above, with at least 14 days of notice when reasonable.
